Classroom Courses

Kobold School

GET THE TOOLS YOU NEED!

THE KOBOLD SCHOOL offers classroom courses for those who do not wish to study online. The classroom courses are small and allow peer-to-peer learning, individual instruction and discussion on topics unlike the online course. After you finish your course and pass the exam, we also offer the required continuing education courses to keep your valuable license current and keep you up to speed with the latest real estate developments!

Course Schedules:
The Kobold School of Real Estate has a fluid scheduling platform.  Currently we require five to ten students per continuing education class.  If your real estate office can gather at least five to ten students we will come to your office and conduct the class at your convenience and on a date you choose.  For this reason we do not have a set schedule on the calendar.  The same is currently true for our pre and post license courses.  We need to fill these courses with at least ten students.  If you email us and let us know you are interested in one of these courses we will keep your name on file and alert you to when we have a full class.
